As the year draws to a close the social calender picks up one final time in the run up to Christmas and New Year.  A hectic whirl of parties and socialising.  Try to balance each event with personal time spent replenishing and renourishing. Yoga, swimming and meditation are all great ways to prepare your true self for the next round of fun and frollics.
